We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your order does not meet expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.
Please contact us before returning any item to receive the correct return instructions. Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Returns are processed through our international fulfilment partners.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
